Changes to Appointment System
From Monday 3 May 2021, we are changing our appointment system.
The system will be made up of routine phone consultations and routine face to face consultations.
We are moving away from telephone consultations on the day. Medical Emergencies will be triaged by a clinician.
Reception staff will ask you for details of the problem and an up to date telephone number.
The staff will continue to signpost you to other sources of help, e.g. pharmacy, optician or dentist.
